The demotivation of shame

We get into it about the demotivating factor of shame. Loads of swearing, and we're often down to our last f*ck about this topic in particular.

Shame keeps you from moving.
I think it comes from “polite society” and low key people not wanting to see you doing better than them so you get that embedded in your subconscious. Gotta “shrink” yourself to not buck the trend.
